Business Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization. In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders to turn data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and operational performance. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and influencing how a business operates—this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

This position will be full-time on-site with occasional global travel required

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, gaps, and actionable insights
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
• Translate business requirements into clear reporting and data solutions
• Support the development and standardization of reporting across the organization
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support evolving business priorities

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Strong business acumen with experience in data-driven environments
• Experience in manufacturing or operations environments is considered an asset
