About the Role

Technology Program Lead – Workplace \& Infrastructure Transformation

We are hiring a Technology Program Lead to drive a high-impact workplace transformation initiative for a strategic client.

This role will lead the end-to-end planning, deployment, and optimization of IT infrastructure and modern workplace technologies as part of a large office renovation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and renovation goals
• Act as the primary client-facing leader, managing senior stakeholders and expectations
• Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across phases
• Lead coordination across IT, facilities, construction, and vendors
• Manage RFPs, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations
• Plan and execute migration, cutover, and rollout strategies
• Establish testing, QA, and implementation governance frameworks
• Manage risks, timelines, and provide executive-level reporting
• Drive user adoption, communication, and change management initiatives
• Lead post-go-live optimization and transition to operations

Must-Have Skills \& Experience

• 10\+ years of experience in IT project/program management
• Experience in MSP / IT Services / Consulting environments
• Strong expertise in:
• IT Infrastructure (network, data center, security)
• AV / Video conferencing / collaboration technologies
• Modern workplace tools (M365, endpoint ecosystem)
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs ($2M\+)
• Strong stakeholder management (C-level interactions)

Experience in:

• Vendor management \& RFP processes
• Migration, deployment, and cutover planning

Good to Have

• PMP / ITIL certification
• Experience in office relocation / smart buildings / workplace transformation projects
• Exposure to change management frameworks

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Comfortable leading high-visibility transformation programs
