Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top technology talent across a variety of technical disciplines. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for contract, and contract-to-hire, positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
  • Source, recruit, and screen IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches.
  • Recruit for positions including:
  • Software Developers
  • Data Engineers
  • Data Scientists
  • Cloud Engineers
  • Cybersecurity Professionals
  • Network Engineers
  • Systems Administrators
  • Desktop Support
  • Help Desk
  • DevOps Engineers
  • Project Managers
  • Business Analysts
  • ERP Consultants
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active technology candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, interview strategies, and hiring timelines.
  • Present qualified candidates with detailed technical and behavioral assessments.
  • Negotiate compensation, facilitate offers, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed on technology hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions.
  • Meet recruiting metrics including placements, interviews, submissions, and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
  • 3\+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within Information Technology.
  • Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
  • Strong understanding of current technologies and IT job functions.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise organizations or consulting firms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity, AI, and data analytics recruiting.
  • Previous staffing agency or consulting recruiting experience.
