What We’re Looking For:

We’re building a high-output content engine where photography meets AI, speed, and systems thinking.

If you’re someone who:

● Experiments with tools at 2AM

● Tries hacks instead of following tutorials

● Thinks “there has to be a faster way to do this”

You’ll probably enjoy this role.

What You’ll Actually Do :

● Shoot products using lean, repeatable setups (not over-engineered studios)

● Build fast lighting hacks for high-volume output

● Use AI to:

1. Extend or replace parts of shoots
2. Create backgrounds / variations

● Work with editors to create template-driven visual systems

● Continuously find ways to reduce effort and increase output

What We Care About :

● Solid basics in photography (lighting, composition)

● Comfort with Editing tools like Photoshop / Lightroom

● Curiosity around AI tools \+ prompting

● Ability to move fast without overthinking perfection

Big Plus If You’ve Played With :

● Midjourney / Firefly / Stable Diffusion

● Generative Fill / AI retouching

● Any kind of workflow hacks or automation

What Will Make You Stand Out :

● You’ve tried building something unconventional

● You’ve optimized your own workflow (even in small ways)

● You enjoy figuring things out without being told exactly how
