Role Description

The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in West Valley City, UT. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes. The Human Resources Generalist will coordinate employee benefits and support benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing employee inquiries. They will help manage HR compliance, support performance management processes, and assist in handling employee relations matters in a professional and confidential manner. The role also involves collaborating with management and team members to promote a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and experience in HR Management.
  • Ability to interpret, apply, and maintain HR Policies in alignment with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Experience working with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes, including enrollment, changes, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
