About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team at Aventus Security. This is a critical leadership position where you'll drive revenue growth, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and establish sales strategies that achieve our aggressive targets.

Position Details:

• Full-time, on-site position in Burbank, California

• 5 days per week in-person requirement

• Competitive base salary \+ high commission structure

• Leadership role overseeing the entire sales team

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to exceed revenue targets

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and playbooks

• Manage sales operations, pipelines, and forecasting to achieve quarterly and annual goals

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships

• Create and execute go-to-market strategies to expand market share

• Report on sales metrics, performance analysis, and business development opportunities

• Foster a collaborative team culture focused on achievement and professional growth

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success managing and developing a team of sales representatives

• Minimum 5\+ years in sales leadership or sales management roles

• Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development and execution

• Strong background in closing enterprise-level deals

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
