Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Office of the President. This person will help the President and senior leadership in his office operate with focus, speed, and discipline by anticipating needs, addressing friction points before they arise, managing priorities, logistics, communications, and follow-through.
What you'll do:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, expenses, and daily priorities.Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.Support communications, document preparation, and executive-level correspondence.Ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings by developing briefing folders with clear objectives, agendas, relevant materials, schedules, and participant biographies.Track key priorities, commitments, and deadlines across the Office of the President.Interface professionally with internal teams, executives, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion.Anticipate needs, remove friction, and improve administrative processes.Approachable and engaging "first contact" for the Office of the President; for many stakeholders, the EA will shape their first impression and set the tone for the relationship. Build trusted, professional relationships that make people feel comfortable engaging with the President's office and confident in its responsiveness, discretion, and follow-through.Strong business understanding and proficiency with modern AI tools. Required qualifications:
5+ years of executive assistant, administrative, or business operations experience.Smart, hardworking, strong interpersonal skills. Curious and committed to continuous improvement.Excellent organization, communication, judgment, and attention to detail.Strong follow-through and ability to manage competing priorities. Won't drop balls.Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.Proficiency with common calendar, communication, document, and ability to learn business ops tools.
