Business Analyst - Time & Attendance

I'm actively recruiting a new Business Analyst position for a utilities company based in Chicago that provides equipment and services for electric power transmission.

It is a hybrid position (2 days a week in-office) and it is a full time direct hire opportunity.

This role will drive process improvements, manage system integrations, and ensure compliance and operational efficiency across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico payroll and time management

Ideally you will have experience with:

• Support time and attendance compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor laws across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• ADP payroll systems
• Support payroll operations and time tracking across manufacturing sites
• Support payroll compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor laws across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Lead integration between ADP and other systems
