This role is a 12-month, fixed term contract with the opportunity for hybrid working, a combination of working from home and working from our office in central London where our teams are located.
The Graphic Designer will report into the Corporate Director of Brand Marketing and will deliver high-performing creative content that is cohesive across all channels, including paid media, organic social, email marketing, web and key promotional touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and unified brand presence across the portfolio.

Here’s what you need in your tool kit:
Experience And Skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; After Effects is advantageous.
- Proven experience creating performance marketing creative for paid social and digital advertising.
- Experience supporting organic social and email marketing creative.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel creative strategy.
- Experience developing multiple creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing.
- Knowledge of platform requirements across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and programmatic environments.
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative optimisation.
- Impeccable taste, with strong typography and layout skills.
- Confident creating short-form video and motion creative.
- Curious about AI-enhanced creative workflows and emerging formats.
- Fast, organised, and comfortable operating at pace.
- Able to prioritise, pivot, and problem-solve independently.
- Ideally 3\+ years’ experience in a digital-first brand, performance agency, or in-house commerce environment.
What’s the gig?
Here’s what you’d do
- Create and deliver high-performing digital creative across paid social, display, programmatic, Google Demand Gen, web, email, and emerging media channels.
- Develop channel-first, insight-led assets tailored to different audiences, platforms, and stages of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion and loyalty.
- Produce cohesive creative for brand and commercial campaigns across paid and owned channels, ensuring consistency across social, email, and web.
- Champion and evolve the Virgin Hotels Collection brand in digital spaces, balancing brand standards with performance and platform-specific best practice.
- Design seamless, conversion-focused customer experiences by aligning creative across paid media, organic social, email, landing pages, and web.
- Partner closely with digital agencies and internal stakeholders to support testing roadmaps, creative reviews, and performance-led optimisation.
- Produce static and motion assets at scale, including social-first content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Use data, platform insights, and commercial metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate to refine and improve creative output.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, digital behaviours, and emerging technologies, including AI-enhanced creative tools and workflows.
- Support wider business and brand needs with agility, including occasional presentation design, quick-turn collateral, and other high-impact creative projects.

- Performance based bonus, based on objectives achieved during the contract
- Office working hours: Monday – Friday, 9\.00am – 5\.30pm. However, you would be required to work as and when necessary to fulfil your role. No overtime is payable.
- Hybrid working with at least 2 days working from our London office each week and lunch provided when working at the office
