About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative R\&D Chemist to lead the development of new specialty chemical formulations and improve existing products for industrial applications. This role involves designing experiments, scaling up processes, and collaborating with technical and commercial teams to deliver solutions that meet customer and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize new chemical formulations, additives, or performance materials.
• Conduct lab-scale experiments and translate results to pilot and production scale.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards (e.g., REACH, OSHA, EPA).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customers to identify new application areas.
• Document test results, write technical reports, and present findings internally.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, raw materials, and market trends in specialty chemicals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Experience in formulation chemistry, polymer science, coatings, adhesives, surfactants, or related specialty chemicals.
• Strong lab skills with analytical techniques (e.g., GC, HPLC, FTIR, rheology).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
