Investment Analyst

Position Overview:

The Investment Analyst will support senior investors across fundamental research, financial analysis, and ongoing monitoring of public companies. The role offers direct exposure to decision-making, broad responsibility, and the opportunity to work on complex investment situations across industries and regions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fundamental analysis of publicly listed companies, including business, financial, and strategic assessment
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
• Conduct industry and competitive research using both English- and Mandarin-language sources
• Monitor company performance, earnings releases, and relevant market developments
• Prepare concise written materials and presentations for internal discussion
• Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals on research and idea development

Requirements:

• \~2-5 years of experience in an investment seat at a hedge fund, private equity or investment banking firm.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting, and analytical skills
• Full fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
• Clear communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-accountability environment
