Project Manager - Renewable Energy

A growing U.S. renewable energy business is seeking a

Project Manager

to lead the delivery of utility-scale solar projects from the permitting phase through construction closeout and turnover to O\&M. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, inspectors, consultants, local counties, and agencies to keep projects moving smoothly.

The Role

• Manage projects end-to-end: permitting, construction, commissioning, and O\&M handover.
• Prepare and execute contractor agreements and manage budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site activity to keep projects on track.
• Resolve drawing conflicts and support technical problem solving with consultants and site teams.
• Maintain strong communication with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and regulators.
• Support project closeout, including training, warranties, and O\&M manuals.

Skillset

• 4\+ years of project management experiencein

utility-scale solar, wind or BESS

.

• Strong understanding of solar construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, P6, or similar scheduling tools.
• Comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and subcontractor relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
