Role Highlights

Full-Time PT

to provide evidence-based, purposeful rehab in a supportive, experienced team environment. The

rehab gym is state of the art, offering the Lite Gait

and a full array of modality equipment. Our therapists are certified in offering

LSVT therapy to Parkinson’s patients

and enjoy

continuing education benefits that include an unlimited CEU package with Summit.

Requirements

• APTA-accredited PT degree (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Tennessee PT license
• SNF experience a plus
