Sales Representative (Part Time/Full Time)

You'll play a vital role in connecting customers with the perfect Cricket Wireless plans and devices, while maximizing your earning potential.

Duties:

• Provide Expert Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their wireless needs, and recommend tailored Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and accessories.

• Drive Sales and Earn Commissions: Actively promote and sell Cricket Wireless products and services, achieving and exceeding sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

• Process Sales and Transactions: Accurately handle sales transactions, including activating devices, setting up accounts, and processing payments using our POS system.

• Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Maintain a deep understanding of Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and promotions, and conduct engaging product demonstrations.

• Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, and assist with inventory management.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate product information, promotions, and store policies to customers.

Requirements:

• Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and close sales.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• POS and Cash Handling: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

• Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

• Proactive Attitude: A proactive approach to sales and customer service, with a strong desire to exceed targets.

• Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Technology Interest: A strong interest in cellular technology and wireless services is a plus.

• Retail Experience: Previous retail sales experience, especially in the cellular industry, is preferred but not required.
