Assistant Content Review Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who can above all, help with project coordination along with reviewing articles and flagging content, people, or businesses that don’t meet our high standards. Your tasks will involve assigning projects to article reviewers/writers/editors, conducting AI scans, finalizing and submitting feature article reviews along with proofreading, making minor edits and various admin tasks for the content team. You will also provide regular feedback to our team and give an overall positive impression (it’s not hard— we’re great!)

Requirements

• Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Complete 100% of projects on-time
• Good communication skills
• Able to quickly review articles and flag content, people, or businesses that don’t meet our standards
• Able to quickly edit grammar, sentence structure, and word choice mistakes
• Completely fluent American English speaker and writer
• Eager to learn and take ownership of projects
• Apply feedback to future projects
