This role is a flexible, project-based opportunity for a highly skilled visual designer to contribute to fast-moving, AI-supported creative workflows. You will transform raw concepts, data, and briefs into polished, professional visual assets including layouts, infographics, and digital templates. Working in a hybrid human \+ AI environment, you will collaborate with automated agents while providing the critical design judgment, creativity, and visual structuring expertise needed to ensure high-quality outputs. The work spans marketing and communication materials, requiring both consistency and adaptability across formats and platforms. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a dynamic, remote-first setup with varied creative tasks. Your contributions will directly influence the clarity, usability, and visual impact of content delivered across multiple projects.

Accountabilities

  • Create clean, structured layouts and modern infographics with strong visual hierarchy and readability
  • Design engaging and reusable social media templates tailored to multiple digital platforms
  • Develop impactful one-pagers and marketing assets that communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Transform raw data and conceptual inputs into polished, professional visual materials
  • Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and composition principles to elevate visual quality
  • Ensure consistency in branding, alignment, color usage, and overall design standards before delivery
  • Collaborate within AI-assisted workflows to refine and structure visual outputs efficiently
  • Adapt designs across multiple formats while maintaining clarity and aesthetic consistency

Requirements

  • 1-2\+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is a plus
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, grid systems, and visual composition principles
  • Proven ability to create infographics, templates, and structured visual assets
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Ability to adapt designs across formats such as social media posts, one-pagers, and marketing materials
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher)
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, polished outputs
  • Self-directed mindset with the ability to manage multiple creative tasks independently
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, project-based, remote environments
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work is required
