Middle/Senior Go Developer

to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go
• Build and support REST and gRPC APIs
• Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions
• Take ownership of services throughout the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and production support
• Ensure system scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance
• Write and maintain backend tests
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus
• Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Contribute to the integration of AI-powered functionality where applicable

Requirements

Required skills:

• 4\+ years of overall commercial software development experience
• 2\+ years of production experience with Golang
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels
• Experience with microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• Experience with Docker
• Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability
• Experience with backend testing
• Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus
• English level: B2 or higher

Nice to have:

• 3\+ years of production experience with Go
• Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects
• Experience designing backend architecture
• Experience with AI integrations
• Experience owning services from initial design through production support
