Mid-Market Customer Success Manager \| AI SaaS
We have partnered with a
market-leading AI-powered Sales \& Marketing platform
serving senior living and healthcare organizations nationwide. Trusted by
thousands of communities
and responsible for generating
billions in customer revenue
, this company is scaling its Customer Success team with a high-impact
CSM
hire.
What you’ll do:
- Own and grow 30 Mid-Market Accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers
- Deliver proactive, high-touch service and guide clients through complex challenges
- Identify risks, drive retention, and uncover expansion opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure exceptional outcomes and value delivery
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5\+ years of Customer Success experience in
VERTICAL SaaS
(only working with one specific market or industry)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deeply understand a product
• Overseeing no more than 50 accounts
- Comfortable balancing relationship management, strategy, and light commercial conversations
• Startup \& Remote Work Experience is a must
• Located in CST OR EST IS A MUST (ideally DFW, Brooklyn NY, Charleston, Tampa, Atlanta, etc. near a major airport)
- Bachelor’s degree required
