Location:
Remote (U.S. preferred)
The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy paralegal with experience in crafting PowerPoints, managing Excel spreadsheets, redlining documents, managing calendars, formatting legal documents, submitting e-filings, and managing case files.
Proficiency with modern legal and productivity tools is essential, including SharePoint, discovery platforms, CRM, and Microsoft Office. This role involves a higher level of client communication than a typical paralegal role, and comfort answering routine questions from clients is a must.

Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and format legal documents
- Draft and edit PowerPoint slides
- Manage large volumes of case files
- Able to redline documents, including when they are natively in different formats
- Answer routine questions from clients and potential clients
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
- Review and learn court and tribunal rules to ensure compliance with all requirements
- Create and use Excel spreadsheets with spending totals
- Manage uploads and downloads of document productions

Potential Salary Range: $20 to $30 an hour depending on prior experience and availability.
