We're looking for a person — someone who's been through something, who sees the world a little differently, who's spent years feeling slightly too big or too strange for the boxes other companies tried to put them in. What we're actually building
AI has quietly become the way companies get trusted, shortlisted, or ignored. When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or Perplexity "who should I work with" — a few names come back, and the rest of the world disappears. Almost no company has any idea what AI says about them, and those answers are already shaping real money decisions.
VeritasLinks is the instrument that measures it. We run over a thousand structured prompts across every major AI model and turn the scattered, contradictory things AI says about a company into one clear, auditable signal. Think of it as a credit rating — but for how machines perceive a company.

The role
You'll own marketing. Not a slice of it — the whole thing. Right now people find us organically, run a report, and some convert. Your job is to turn that spark into a fire: figure out why people do or don't take the next step, fix it, and build a machine that brings the right people in and turns them into customers.
We won't hand you a playbook.
We'll hand you a goal and get out of your way.
How you get there is yours to invent. If you need to test something weird, test it. If the "best practice" is boring and wrong, ignore it. We care about what moves the needle, not what looks proper in a deck.
You'll work directly with the founder — no layers, no politics, no permission-slips.
What you'll wrestle with
- Figuring out why visitors do or don't start an analysis — and fixing the real bottleneck, not the obvious one
- Turning a small paying base into a growing one
- Finding the channels that actually work for us and going all-in on them
- Building the funnel, the emails, the tracking, the story — from the ground up
- Activating our signed distribution partners so their reach becomes our growth
- Owning the brand voice in a category that doesn't even have a name yet
Who you are
- You
speak Russian or Ukrainian AND English fluently
— this one's non-negotiable, it's how we work together day to day
- You think in experiments, read data honestly, and don't get attached to being right
- You can work alone, take full ownership, and don't need to be managed
- You're a little restless, a little unconventional, and you've been waiting for a place that rewards that instead of sanding it off
- You want to
