POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. is expanding its Renewable Energy business across the Middle East and Africa and is looking for an experienced

Regional Contracts \& Commercial Manager

to join our Dubai Regional Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract management throughout the full EPC project lifecycle.
• Review, negotiate, and administer EPC contracts, subcontracts, and major supplier agreements.
• Manage contractual risks and ensure compliance with project obligations.
• Support contract negotiations, claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution.
• Ensure back-to-back alignment between EPC contracts and upstream project agreements, including PPA, EPC-to-Owner, O\&M, and other key project documents.
• Provide commercial and contractual support to project execution teams across multiple international projects.
• Work closely with Legal, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and Senior Management to protect the company's commercial interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 10\+ years

of Contract Management or Commercial Management experience within

EPC projects

.

• Strong experience in

Renewable Energy, Solar PV, BESS, Power Generation, Transmission \& Distribution, or Infrastructure EPC projects

.

• Solid knowledge of

FIDIC (particularly Silver Book)

and bespoke EPC contracts.

• Experience managing

claims, variations, contract administration, and commercial risk

.

• Good understanding of

IPP/PPA structures and project-financed EPC projects

is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in

Mandarin Chinese and English

.

• Willing to relocate to

Dubai, UAE

and travel internationally when required.
