Phase I ESA Staff Professional

Converse Consultants is seeking an experienced Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Assessor in our

Monrovia office

to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. The candidate must have 1-4 years of direct experience with Phase I Environmental Ste Assessments and possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write technical reports and proposals
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Ability to perform field work requiring physical exertion
• Capable of multitasking
• Help with Online RIMSCentral, Scriva and Parcel Platforms for bidding and reporting
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training preferred but not required
• CSST or CAC preferred but not required.
• Must have good driving record and be acceptable to Company’s insurer.
