Job Overview

Blink Voice is seeking motivated, energetic, and driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing remote sales team.

In this role, you will contact small and mid-sized businesses across the United States to schedule appointments for our technology consultants. Your primary objective is to identify businesses that may be overpaying for their phone systems, internet, communication services, or technology solutions and connect them with our specialists for a free cost-saving analysis.

This is a work-from-home opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ongoing training, and clear advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce communication and technology expenses.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales consultants.
  • Gather information about current phone systems, internet providers, and technology services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text communication.
  • Meet daily activity goals, including outbound calls, conversations, and appointments set.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently while managing daily goals and performance metrics.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling telecommunications, internet, technology, SaaS, or business services.
  • Experience working with small business owners and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.

Performance Expectations

  • 120–180 outbound calls per day.
  • Minimum of 3 qualified appointments per week.
  • Consistent CRM activity and follow-up.
  • Professional communication and representation of the Blink Voice brand.
