About Us

We are a high-end architectural photography firm dedicated to capturing luxury homes and commercial projects for leading builders, designers and developers throughout the Southwest.

Our clients are not average; we work with teams who care deeply about presentation, branding, and standing out in competitive markets. Our photography reflects that: clean, elevated, editorial-quality imagery that sells lifestyle—not just space.

We are looking for someone to lead our entire post-production team including leadership, workflow management, quality control, and finalization operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of editors (in-house \+ outsourced)
  • Oversee daily workflow: file intake → editing → delivery
  • Assign and track projects to ensure deadlines are always met
  • Maintain and elevate editing style consistency
  • Build and refine SOPs and workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve speed \+ quality
  • Perform final quality control on all delivered galleries
  • Collaborate with photographers to improve shooting-for-edit efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience in architectural / real estate photo editing
  • Advanced Photoshop skills
  • Strength in motivating, communicating and leading a team
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Organized and deadline-driven
  • Process-oriented mindset (systems \> chaos)
  • Experience with luxury builders or designers
  • Built or improved workflows at scale
  • Understands how visuals impact sales \+ branding

Compensation

  • Competitive (based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives

How to Apply

  1. Resume
  2. Portfolio (architectural/real estate editing)
  3. Any leadership or systems experience
  4. Before/after samples

We are building something intentional — not a volume editing factory.

We are looking for someone who wants to collaborate and develop and expand our current team of skilled editors and elevate the standards.
