Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Health Cloud \& Integrations) Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on

Salesforce Developer

to design, build, and integrate solutions across

Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions and drive AI-powered automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development \& Configuration

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Build and enhance Experience Cloud portals for patient, provider, and partner experiences
• Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs
• Implement Agentforce automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data and intelligent workflows
• Support contact center modernization by integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect / Service Cloud Voice

Integrations \& Data Management

• Design and build API-based integrations with AWS services and external enterprise systems
• Ensure scalable data models and integration best practices

Testing, Deployment \& Governance

• Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, source control, and deployment pipelines
• Follow enterprise coding standards, governance, and compliance practices

AI \& Emerging Technologies

• Contribute to Generative AI and Agentforce solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, case resolution, and personalization using AI

Required Skills \& Experience

• Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on development in:

+ Apex classes \& triggers

+ Lightning Web Components (LWC)

+ Flows and automation tools

+ Agentforce

+ Data Cloud integrations

• Experience building Experience Cloud portals
• Expertise in API integrations with AWS and external systems
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Flosum, SFDX, or Jenkins
