About Conspirators
Conspirators helps people use their influence for impact. We partner with major brands, leading non-profits, and social platforms and make it easy and fun for influencers, chefs, comedians, podcasters, and more to talk about impact in ways that are accessible, aspirational, and entertaining.
We’re a small, fast-moving team that cares deeply about good work, good people, and building creator programs that feel thoughtful, culturally fluent, and genuinely useful.
The Role
We’re looking for an organized, outgoing Creator Partnerships Coordinator to help manage and support our growing roster of creator campaigns and relationships. This role is in a fast-growing company and offers major growth opportunity.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is into all things social, deeply tuned into creators and internet culture, and excited by the behind-the-scenes mechanics of making campaigns.
You’ll keep creator programs moving day-to-day: managing timelines, holding creator communications, helping make content amazing from start to post, tracking and reporting content performance, supporting creator in-person events, and all the details that make creative work successful.
You should love building relationships, being in the weeds, moving fast, and get genuine satisfaction from no day being the same as the one before it!
Some Of What You'll Do
- Help manage creator campaigns from kickoff through final reporting
- Coordinate timelines, schedules, deliverables, approvals, and content calendars
- Communicate with creators, managers, and agents via email, text, Slack, and group chats
- Track and organize 25\+ pieces of creator content per month across platforms
- Monitor content performance and help compile metrics, recaps, and reporting decks
- Support creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and relationship management
- Help prep creative briefs, talking points, and campaign documents
- Stay plugged into platform trends, creator conversations, memes, and emerging formats
- Support creator events, shoots, dinners, and activations as needed
- Keep internal systems and spreadsheets organized and up to date
- Jump in — from brainstorming creator ideas to troubleshooting last-minute issues
You Might Be A Fit If You....
- Are online in a productive way and genuinely love social, creators, and internet culture
- Have 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, entertainment, media, or a related field
- Are hyper organized and detail-oriented
- Feel comfortable juggling lots of moving pieces without dropping balls
- Are an excellent communicator with a friendly, clear, and professional tone
- Are proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to figure things out
- Enjoy relationship-building and know how to make people feel supported
- Thrive in startup-style environments where everyone pitches in
- Are comfortable working in Google Suite, Notion, and/or platforms like Modash or CreatorIQ
- Have an interest in social impact, climate, or another related area
Bonus Points If You....
- Have worked directly with creators or talent before
- Are a content creator and/or have experience in content creation
- Have experience pulling social analytics or performance reporting
- Have helped produce events, shoots, or activations
- Have strong instincts for what makes creator content feel authentic and engaging online
What We Offer
- Competitive pay
- Access to full medical and dental insurance
- Access to 401k with company match
- Lots of flexibility and autonomy with major opportunity to grow
