Marketing Analyst - DSM Program

One Tech Engineering is searching for Marketing Analyst for a position located in Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Marketing Analyst will support commercial Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and program requirements.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain marketing materials, including program collateral, promotional content, and customer communications.
• Review rebate applications for accuracy and completeness before submitting them to the rebate processing team.
• Manage multiple program inboxes, responding to inquiries and coordinating communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program execution and ensure the timely completion of marketing and operational tasks.
• Monitor program workflows and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements of the Marketing Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry or in a customer service-focused role; utility industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
