The Opportunity
CBRE is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to produce best-in-class graphic design materials and provide support for marketing tasks. The qualified candidate must demonstrate a strong foundation in graphic design, an aptitude with layouts, a great attitude and team spirit, and a strong work ethic. Candidate requires advanced knowledge of Creative Suite.
Responsibilities Include
- Produce first-class collateral (including but not limited to brochures, proposals, email campaigns, postcards, maps, floor plans and social media posts) and maintains it to a consistently high standard
- Identify opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materials.
- Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design.
- May investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper and printing.
- Ensure compliance with company standards regarding the company logo and consistency of marketing products.
- Works on additional special marketing projects and other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education with a minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
- Proficiency in Adobe creative cloud including advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with web design and/or web publishing is preferred

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $63,000-$70,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
