LLM \& Agentic AI (Data Scientist)

Salary:

€7\.500 - €12\.000 per month

I’m currently partnering with a major international financial services organisation looking to appoint a Chapter Lead specialising in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone operating at the forefront of AI innovation who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with leadership, strategic planning and team development within a highly collaborative environment.

The role will focus on driving the development and operationalisation of next-generation AI capabilities across enterprise-level platforms while leading a specialist team of AI and Machine Learning experts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and implementation of LLM, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions

• Defining strategic and technical AI roadmaps across the organisation

• Collaborating with senior business and technology leaders on AI initiatives and priorities

• Supporting the operationalisation and scaling of advanced AI products and capabilities

• Leading, mentoring and developing highly skilled AI and Machine Learning teams

• Supporting resource planning, capability development and delivery alignment

• Driving innovation across NLP, Information Retrieval and Machine Learning environments

• Building and supporting end-to-end ML products and AI-driven platforms

What they’re looking for:

• MSc or PhD within Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning or similar field

• Strong experience building and deploying Machine Learning pipelines and models

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI or Agentic AI systems

• Strong understanding of NLP, Information Retrieval and AI product development

• Experience leading technical teams within Agile environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability

• Ability to operate within highly complex and fast-moving technical environments
