The Role

We're looking for a BDR who has done this before, understands the reality of great BDR work — and is ready to hit the ground running. You've made cold calls, written prospecting emails, and you know how to handle a "no" without losing momentum.

This isn't a training program. It's a real role with real expectations. But if you're someone who thrives on the hunt, gets better through feedback, and wants to be part of something that's still being built, there's a lot of upside here.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect into multifamily property management companies via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Research accounts to make outreach sharper and more relevant
  • Identify prospect pain points and assess potential fit
  • Keep HubSpot clean and activity data accurate
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve execution
  • Hit weekly activity and meeting targets — and build toward bigger ones

Qualifications

  • 1-2\+ years of BDR, SDR — enough to hit the ground running
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar sales tools is a plus
  • Background in SaaS, proptech, real estate, or property management is a plus, not a requirement
