Job Description

About Bodaq

Bodaq Interior Films is a global architectural finishes brand providing premium self-adhesive interior films for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, residential, and workplace environments.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can move comfortably between creative production, digital marketing, website management, email campaigns, sales support, and project coordination.

This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies or writes marketing plans. We need someone who can develop the idea, create the content, build the campaign, coordinate the people involved, and get the work across the finish line.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will help manage Bodaq's day-to-day marketing operations while producing content across video, social media, email, websites, sales materials, events, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, digitally fluent, and comfortable managing several workstreams at once. They should be able to work quickly without sacrificing brand quality, ask the right questions, follow up with team members, and push projects forward when information or materials are missing.

This position sits between creative production and marketing project management. You will work with sales, leadership, designers, developers, warehouse teams, vendors, and external partners to make sure marketing projects are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Video

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, email, websites, presentations, product launches, training, and sales campaigns.
  • Create clean, professional videos that demonstrate Bodaq products, installations, surface transformations, maintenance, and ease of cleaning.
  • Create AI-assisted video content using tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Veo, or similar platforms.
  • Write effective prompts for AI image and video generation.
  • Turn static product images, project photography, and architectural concepts into engaging video content.
  • Resize, reformat, subtitle, and adapt content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, websites, presentations, and email.
  • Organize and maintain a library of approved images, videos, templates, and campaign assets.

Creative Design and Mockups

  • Create realistic architectural and interior-design mockups using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Prepare before-and-after visuals for sales presentations, social media, case studies, and customer proposals.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud and AI image tools to speed up production while maintaining visual accuracy.
  • Design or update marketing materials including presentations, brochures, social posts, product sheets, signage, email graphics, and event materials.
  • Maintain consistency across Bodaq's visual identity, typography, imagery, tone, and brand standards.

Social Media and Campaigns

  • Manage and maintain Bodaq's social media content calendar.
  • Develop campaign ideas that support product awareness, lead generation, specifications, installer recruitment, events, and sales.
  • Write social media copy, captions, headlines, calls to action, and campaign messaging.
  • Coordinate content approvals and collect required information from internal teams.
  • Schedule, publish, monitor, and report on content performance.
  • Identify opportunities to turn installations, customer projects, product launches, and events into useful marketing content.
  • Support paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.

Email Marketing and Klaviyo

  • Manage email marketing activity through Klaviyo or a similar platform.
  • Import, clean, segment, and organize customer and prospect contact lists.
  • Create branded email templates.
  • Build automated email flows for new leads, sample requests, existing customers, purchasers, non-purchasers, installers, architects, designers, dealers, and sales prospects.
  • Design and launch newsletters, product announcements, event campaigns, promotions, educational emails, and sales follow-up sequences.
  • Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, creative, offers, timing, and calls to action.
  • Monitor open rates, click rates, conversions, unsubscribes, and campaign performance.
  • Continuously improve campaigns based on data and audience behaviour.

Website and Digital Management

  • Make regular updates to WordPress websites and landing pages.
  • Support WooCommerce product, category, content, and campaign updates.
  • Update product pages, images, videos, downloadable files, forms, links, and calls to action.
  • Maintain and expand the Bodaq Training Center by adding new courses, sections, resources, videos, and installer materials.
  • Help manage Bodaq's global and regional website ecosystem, including Canada, the United States, Mexico, and global pages.
  • Coordinate with developers and external partners when technical support is required.
  • Review pages for accuracy, mobile responsiveness, brand consistency, and user experience.
  • Support basic website SEO, content optimization, tracking, and reporting.

Digital Advertising and Testing

  • Support basic Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and digital campaign activity.
  • Understand campaign objectives, audiences, creative formats, budgets, and conversion tracking.
  • Develop and test multiple versions of campaign creative and copy.
  • Use A/B testing to compare headlines, visuals, offers, landing pages, audiences, and calls to action.
  • Review performance data and recommend what should be stopped, improved, or scaled.
  • A willingness to learn more advanced paid media management is essential.

Sales Support

  • Create marketing and sales materials for regional sales representatives, dealers, distributors, installers, architects, and designers.
  • Prepare location-specific marketing boxes and sample materials for sales territories and events.
  • Coordinate materials for locations such as Maryland, Las Vegas, and regional sales teams.
  • Update QR-code labels and maintain accurate files for individual product SKUs.
  • Create presentations, mockups, case studies, product comparisons, customer emails, and follow-up materials.
  • Help sales representatives obtain the content, images, samples, information, and assets required to move opportunities forward.
  • Follow up with team members to make sure assigned materials and information are delivered on time.

Product, Sample, and Marketing Material Management

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of brochures, sample books, swatches, event materials, displays, signage, boxes, and promotional items.
  • Coordinate the preparation and shipment of marketing materials to sales representatives, events, partners, and regional locations.
  • Update product files, labels, QR codes, downloadable assets, and SKU-specific documents.
  • Support the organization of product photography, pattern files, technical documents, specifications, and installation resources.
  • Help keep digital and physical marketing materials aligned with the current product catalogue.

Events and Trade Shows

  • Support planning and execution for trade shows, partner events, product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer presentations.
  • Coordinate booth concepts, vendor quotes, signage, product displays, printed materials, shipping, and promotional assets.
  • Follow up with event partners regarding booth options, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare pre-event marketing, appointment campaigns, social content, lead-capture materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure event leads are organized, assigned, and entered into the appropriate systems.

Reporting and Performance

  • Update the monthly marketing performance report.
  • Track website traffic, email performance, social media activity, campaign results, lead generation, event performance, and sales-support activity.
  • Help establish clear marketing KPIs and maintain accurate dashboards.
  • Identify what is working, what is falling behind, and what needs to change.
  • Present recommendations based on performance rather than simply reporting numbers.
  • Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, deadlines, and status updates.

New Brand and Growth Initiatives

  • Support the development and launch of new brands, product lines, websites, and regional market initiatives.
  • Help build the marketing infrastructure required for future growth.
  • Support CRM, email, website, social media, content, reporting, and sales-enablement systems.
  • Create campaign materials for new product launches and market-entry programs.
  • Assist with dealer, distributor, architect, designer, installer, hospitality, healthcare, property management, retail, and contractor campaigns.
  • Support partnerships and platforms such as Material Bank, Swatchbox, BIM platforms, dealer networks, and industry associations.
  • Help connect marketing activities with sales pipelines, customer journeys, and measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, digital media, communications, design, or a related field.
  • Strong video-editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including creating realistic product and interior mockups.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience working with WordPress and making routine website updates.
