Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making and operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Maintain and improve data models, forecasts, and analytical tools
• Support strategic initiatives through research and quantitative analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Assist with process improvements and automation of reporting where possible
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support operational and financial planning

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with Power BI, D365 or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with forecasting and trend analysis
• Familiarity with financial or operational data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
