The Analyst, Transformation Management Office (TMO Analyst), will bring strong project management capabilities and continuous improvement experience to enable enterprise transformation. The TMO Analyst will partner with business unit leaders and support cross functional teams to translate strategy into execution— rapidly building and executing improvement plans, tracking outcomes, highlighting risks, and delivering projects on time and on budget.
This role reports to the TMO Director and will act as an enabler for the entire organization. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, likes a dynamic environment, and loves to solve complex problems. The TMO Analyst is expected to learn quickly and deliver high-quality products.
The TMO Analyst can expect to take an ownership role in managing our corporate KPIs, building and executing process improvement projects, conducting ad hoc analytics, and supporting any other project that will help the business scale rapidly and effectively.
