We are looking for a Vice President, Digital Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of our digital product portfolio, with a clear mandate to drive outsized growth across our digital channels.

This is not a roadmap management role. This is a business leadership role.

You will own how digital products drive revenue, frequency, conversion, and guest lifetime value across mobile, web, kiosk, loyalty, and emerging AI-powered experiences. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Culinary, and Engineering to translate brand, menu innovation, and guest insight into high-impact digital experiences that scale.

What You’ll Do

Own Digital Growth Outcomes

  • Drive measurable growth across digital channels, including revenue, mix, frequency, conversion, and guest lifetime value
  • Establish clear KPIs and accountability for digital performance across all product surfaces
  • Identify and unlock new growth levers across ordering, personalization, loyalty, and guest engagement

Lead Product Strategy and Execution

  • Define and execute a cohesive product strategy across mobile app, web, kiosk, and loyalty platforms
  • Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact and guest value
  • Ensure fast, high-quality delivery of scalable, reliable, and intuitive digital experiences

Operate as a True Cross-Functional Leader

  • Partner deeply with Marketing to bring campaigns, promotions, and lifecycle strategies to life through digital channels
  • Collaborate with Culinary to translate menu innovation and LTOs into compelling digital experiences that drive demand and attachment
  • Align tightly with Engineering to ensure shared ownership, speed, and execution discipline
  • Break down silos and drive a single, unified approach to delivering growth

Build a High-Performance Product Organization

  • Develop and lead a best-in-class product management team
  • Instill a culture of accountability, ownership, and outcomes over activity
  • Elevate product management standards across discovery, prioritization, and delivery

Leverage Data and AI to Accelerate Growth

  • Use data, experimentation, and guest insights to continuously optimize performance
  • Embed personalization and intelligent decisioning across digital experiences
  • Partner with Data and AI teams to translate insights into action at scale

What We’re Looking For

  • 15\+ years of experience in digital product management, with senior leadership responsibility
  • Proven track record of driving meaningful growth through digital channels in consumer-facing businesses, ideally in the hospitality and restaurant industries
  • Deep experience partnering with Marketing, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce, customer lifecycle, and conversion optimization
  • Experience leveraging data and AI to drive product decisions and innovation
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator
