Engineer - P&M

The Engineer – Plant \& Machinery (P\&M) – Site is responsible for managing the daily operation, upkeep, and performance monitoring of construction plant and machinery at the project site. The role ensures equipment readiness, adherence to maintenance schedules, compliance with safety standards, and optimal utilization of machinery to support uninterrupted project execution.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of all construction equipment and machinery at the site, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and checklists, coordinating servicing activities with site teams and vendors.
• Monitor fuel consumption, equipment utilization, and downtime; take corrective actions to minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, safety protocols, and statutory regulations during equipment handling and operations.
• Support in the mobilization and demobilization of equipment at the site, maintaining proper documentation.
