The Role

This is a senior product leadership role responsible for setting direction across a portfolio of administration-focused products. You will lead a team of Product Managers, own roadmap and strategy, and work closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions across a complex, integrated product ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Set and evolve the strategy for a portfolio of administration and benefits-related products serving multiple stakeholder groups
• Build and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap aligned to broader business and platform priorities
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, guiding prioritization and execution across concurrent initiatives
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and cloud teams to translate product requirements into scalable solutions
• Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, support go-to-market efforts, and refine product direction

What You Bring

• 5–8\+ years of product management experience, including exposure to benefits or enrollment-related systems
• 2–5\+ years leading Product Management teams and coaching individual contributors
• Strong understanding of administration platforms or systems used in benefits or healthcare environments
• Experience working within Agile delivery models and managing products with multiple integrations
• Ability to operate across technical and business domains, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
