Vice President Accounting / CFO

CR\&R is seeking a Vice President of Accounting / CFO to serve as the senior financial leader responsible for financial oversight, external relationships, and executive-level financial insight. This role partners directly with the CEO and Board and oversees accounting through a strong Corporate Controller.

Salary Range: Starting from $240,000

What You’ll Do

• Lead enterprise financial oversight and strategy
• Own banking and lender relationships
• Deliver executive and Board-level reporting
• Oversee Controller, accounting, Customer Service, and Collections
• Drive cash flow, AR performance, and financial controls

What We’re Looking For

• 12\+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly preferred
• Experience with banks, lenders, and financial structures
• Strong GAAP and audit knowledge
• Executive presence with leadership and Board exposure
