Job Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital media activities to grow brand awareness, drive consideration, and sales performance in line with bussiness objectives.
- Support the development of digital media plans aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences. Coordinate with media agencies and platform partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Tracking budget campaign pacing and ensure spending aligns with media plans and business priorities.
- Support audience segmentation and targeting strategy development. Analyze consumer behavior, media consumption trends, and competitive activities.
- Support the planning and monitoring of e-commerce and retail media campaigns and analyze sales and ROI metrics.
- Stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, industry developments, new media opportunities and innovative advertising solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, in any field – preferably from Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related majors.
- Past working experience in FMCG company, media agency, digital advertising platforms, and e-commerce platform.
- Have knowledge and experience of Google Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce advertising platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Driven and assertive; highly motivated to make things happen.
