Associate – Building Assessments

Are you a technical expert in building systems who thrives on leading inspections, engaging with clients, and managing complex real estate assets?

You’ll be at the forefront of the

property condition assessments team

, working directly with owners, operators, and institutional investors across the

full building lifecycle

— from acquisition through long-term capital planning. This is a leadership role with real impact: managing inspections, mentoring staff, and shaping service delivery across a national platform.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Lead and manage property inspections and technical due diligence

✔️ Guide clients on capital planning and building performance strategy

✔️ Oversee reporting, quality control, and team coordination

✔️ Collaborate with leadership on growth, client relationships, and innovation

✔️ Mentor junior staff and contribute to training and technical standards

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 3\+ years in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities consulting

🔹 Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and capital forecasting

🔹 Experience managing people and client-facing project work

🔹 Excellent communication and technical writing skills
