DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, server management, and deployment automation. You will work closely with developers to streamline development workflows, improve system reliability, and ensure scalable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment workflows.

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Configure and maintain Linux servers and cloud infrastructure.

• Work with containerization and orchestration tools for scalable deployments.

• Monitor application performance, uptime, and infrastructure health.

• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

• Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting tools.

• Collaborate with development teams for release management and infrastructure optimization.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of services.

• Maintain backup, recovery, and disaster management strategies.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and deployment strategies.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Docker

• AWS EC2

• AWS S3

• AWS IAM

• AWS CloudWatch

• Nginx

• Linux Server Administration

• Git \& GitHub

• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

• Shell/Bash scripting

• Knowledge of reverse proxy setup and SSL configuration.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

• Basic understanding of networking, DNS, and security concepts.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is a plus.

• Understanding of Kubernetes is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Ability to work independently and solve infrastructure-related challenges.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
