Location: Remote — Based in San Jose or San Francisco, CA

About the Role

Green Key Resources is expanding our West Coast Technology practice and seeking an experienced Agency Technical Recruiter who specializes in embedded software, firmware, robotics, and computer vision talent. This is a high‑impact role supporting some of the most innovative engineering teams in the Bay Area — from early‑stage startups to established product companies.

This position is fully remote, but we are prioritizing recruiters located on the West Coast and Mid West.

What You’ll Do

• Source, engage, and recruit top engineering talent across embedded systems, firmware, robotics, and computer vision
• Run a 180 or 360 desk depending on your strengths — either focusing on delivery or owning both client and candidate relationships
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche technical roles
• Partner with hiring teams and clients to understand technical requirements and market dynamics
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment including intake, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and placement
• Track metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and contribute to team best practices
• Represent Green Key Resources as a trusted partner in the Bay Area engineering community

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of agency recruiting experience (technical focus required)
• Proven success recruiting in embedded software, firmware, robotics, or computer vision
• Experience running a 180 or 360 desk
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche engineering communities
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and evaluate engineering skill sets
• A competitive, self‑driven mindset with strong follow‑through
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
