Senior Public Relations Account Manager
Fully remote for non-local employees, hybrid (one day a week) for local employees

Our client is a high-growth, award-winning B2B PR and marketing firm specializing in driving measurable lead generation through strategic media coverage and integrated marketing programs. They partner with innovative companies across supply chain, logistics, and technology to transform brand visibility into inbound pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading day-to-day account strategy and execution. This role blends strategic thinking, media expertise, and client leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable results
- Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans aligned with client business objectives
- Drive media relations efforts—pitching, securing, and managing coverage across top-tier tech, business, and trade outlets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers
- Prepare senior client stakeholders for media engagements, including briefing documents, messaging frameworks, and talking points
- Create compelling written content including press releases, pitches, contributed articles, and social media content
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights tied to lead generation and ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align PR efforts with broader marketing strategies
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across accounts with precision and accountability
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative culture
What You Bring
Our client is looking for a strategic communicator who combines strong execution with business acumen.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field
- 5\+ years of PR experience (agency experience strongly preferred; supply chain/logistics/tech experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong media relations experience with a track record of securing meaningful coverage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to think and act quickly
- Digital and social media fluency, with an understanding of how PR integrates with modern marketing
- Ability to “manage up and across,” influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a high-growth environment
- Adaptability in communication style across executives, clients, media, and internal teams
