Role Description
We are expanding our Sales Development function and looking for high-energy, coachable, and commercially minded SDR's to join our Melbourne team. We’re seeking candidates who are curious, forward-thinking, and invested in learning about emerging technologies.
You’ll play a key role, converting leads generated by our Marketing/GTM team into high-quality sales opportunities, while helping shape the future of a newly invested-in department within the business.
The SDR role blends lead qualification and campaign execution via omni-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn), discovery calls, facilitating handover meetings to assigned BDMs, as well as direct collaboration wand campaign support for BDMs through our SDR-as-a-Service (SDRaaS) initiative.

Must Have's
- Strong communicator - clear, structured, confident
- Comfortable with cold calling and multi‑channel outreach
- High attention to detail in notes \& handovers meetings
- Coachable, resilient, proactive work ethic
- Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams
Nice-To-Have's
- Previous SDR/BDR or high‑volume outbound sales experience
- Experience with HubSpot, Firmable, M365, or ConnectWise
- Experience working in structured lead queues
- Understanding of signals, intent data, or persona‑based messaging
- Exposure to key verticals such as Health, Local Government, Retail, and Construction
