Job Description
PrettyLitter is a cat litter that goes beyond the basics, offering a blend of health monitoring and convenience. Its signature feature is the color-changing crystals that react to changes in your cat’s urine pH, potentially alerting you to early signs of health issues like urinary tract infections or kidney problems. Beyond health monitoring, PrettyLitter prioritizes a cleaner and more pleasant experience for both cats and their humans.
Our commitment to cat health extends beyond litter; we offer a range of complementary products, including cat food, treats, and accessories, creating a holistic approach to feline well-being. We are a team of highly capable, curious, and inclusive people who are eager to roll up our sleeves and work together to tackle or build anything, and we can’t wait for you to join us!
At PrettyLitter, we believe great design isn't just about looking good — it's about building trust with every cat parent who encounters our brand. We're looking for a
Senior Designer
who genuinely loves the craft: someone who sweats the details, thinks in systems, and finds real satisfaction in knowing that a perfectly aligned grid or a carefully considered type scale is what separates good from great.
This is a role for a designer who is equally at home concepting a scroll-stopping paid social ad as they are refining a packaging layout or polishing a homepage hero section. If you find beauty in smart branding and get energized by a wide-ranging, fast-moving creative environment, we'd love to meet you.
You'll be the core designer within the creative team, touching nearly every channel and customer touchpoint. Your work will be seen by millions, and you'll have the autonomy and ownership to make it something you're genuinely proud of. Day to day, you'll collaborate closely with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams, bringing PrettyLitter's brand to life across digital and physical spaces.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Static and animated gif ad creative for paid social campaigns
- Online advertising assets across multiple digital channels
- Homepage hero design for seasonal and promotional moments
- Retail channel support including thumbnail design and asset production
- In-store display design and physical retail materials
- Packaging design and updates across a full range of SKUs
- Art direction support for photo and video shoots
- Asset organization for cross-functional teams
- Email module design for marketing campaigns and lifecycle flows
- Brand design system management and ongoing evolution
- Print mailer design
- A wide variety of additional design work as the brand grows and evolves
WHAT YOU BRING
- Your work feels cohesive across channels, even when the formats and contexts are wildly different
- You can move between big-picture art direction and production-level design execution with ease
- You're organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- You've worked in a DTC, CPG, or performance marketing environment (or are genuinely excited to)
- Mandatory proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Desire to learn new tools, workflows, and optimize existing ones
