Technical Project Manager

Deloitte Israel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Technical Project Manager

with 3–5 years of experience to lead and support the delivery of complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Agile tools (Jira / Azure DevOps), solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, product, and technology units.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) using Jira / Azure DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Engage and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Deloitte methodologies, governance, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management (consulting or technology environment preferred). –

• Previous experience as a Developer –

• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of business processes and organizational workflows.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) –

an advantage.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) –

must.
