$83,000-$95,000 base salary \+ bonus potential
FYZICAL Therapy \& Balance Centers is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing outpatient clinics in Oak Brook, IL. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy a collaborative environment, value high-quality patient care, and want opportunities to grow clinically and professionally.

Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist at FYZICAL, you will provide high-quality outpatient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll treat a diverse patient population and have the opportunity to grow your skills across multiple specialty areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
- Deliver care across orthopedic conditions, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehab
- Participate in specialty services such as pelvic health and sports medicine (as applicable)
- Educate patients and families to support long-term success
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain high clinical standards
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Interest or experience in pelvic health and/or sports medicine a plus
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Team-oriented, motivated, and growth-minded
