A confidential healthcare services organization is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee a larger patient-facing location. This role is responsible for daily operational leadership, staffing, service quality, compliance, financial accountability, scheduling, and coordination with clinical providers and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, people-focused manager who can keep a complex operation running smoothly while maintaining a strong patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations at a confidential patient-facing healthcare location.
  • Oversee staffing, workflow coordination, and team performance across the operation.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, including scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, productivity, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain high standards for service delivery, patient experience, and operational consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with physicians, providers, and other clinical team members to support smooth operations.
  • Manage operational issues proactively and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Oversee scheduling practices to support efficiency, capacity utilization, and reliable patient flow.
  • Maintain financial responsibility for the location, including budget awareness, performance tracking, and profitability goals.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational status, priorities, and service needs.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training as the team evolves.
  • Drive process improvements that strengthen reliability, accountability, and day-to-day execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 5\+ years of professional experience.
  • 3\+ years of management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in healthcare or other patient-facing operations.
  • Experience managing teams in high-volume service settings.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, workflow optimization, compliance-driven operations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Background in roles requiring strong accountability, professionalism, and team development.
