Frontend Lead Developer (Based in Seoul, KR)

Role Description

• Design and develop high-performance web service architectures based on React and Next.js.
• Build intuitive, interactive screens based on our design system, while optimizing web performance and rendering.
• Efficiently manage state and visualize complex financial data, real-time asset trading, and dashboard interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and Blockchain Engineers to elevate product quality.
• Leadership Role - Establish frontend development standards, select technology stacks, and spearhead overall project architecture.

Qualifications

• 5\+ years of experience in React and Next.js-based web frontend development (or equivalent capability).
• Proficient in component-based design (e.g., Atomic Design) and modular frontend development.
• Strong ability to seamlessly integrate backend systems using RESTful APIs, WebSockets, etc.
• Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset open to code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Required - Portfolio submission.
• Required - Fluent English communication skills for communication with global team members
• Frontend development experience from Big Tech companies** (Naver, Kakao, Toss, Coupang, or global tech enterprises).
• Prior experience as a Frontend Lead - successfully building products end-to-end and driving team growth.
• Experience in Web3 and blockchain-related projects.
• Experience leading the setup of initial frontend environments, building, deploying, and establishing CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Vercel, etc.
• Experience developing fintech or financial services.
