Role Description: - Business Analyst

We are looking for a

Business Analyst

to support the FOCUS initiative by working closely with

Operations and Product teams

to

analyze, document, and structure the address change workflow

.

Client Onboarding , Wealth Management, Back Office Workflows focused on Account Life Cycle management.

The primary goal of this role is to

identify gaps, document current processes, and create clarity

, enabling faster solution design and development using

existing system components

.

Key Responsibilities -

Workflow Discovery \& Gap Analysis

  • Work directly with

Operations teams

to understand the

current address change workflow (end-to-end)

  • Identify:
  • Process gaps
  • Inefficiencies
  • Manual steps and breakdowns
  • Bring structure to a

fragmented and evolving workflow landscape

Documentation (Critical Deliverable)

  • Clearly document:
  • Current state (as-is) workflows
  • Pain points and operational challenges
  • Gap analysis
  • Create:
  • Process flows
  • Requirement documents
  • Structured artifacts for downstream teams

Enable Solution Design

  • Help translate documented gaps into

clear, actionable requirements

  • Enable teams to:
  • Reuse

existing capabilities (“lego block assembly”)

  • Avoid reinventing solutions
  • Provide clarity on:
  • What exists today
  • What needs to change

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Act as a

central liaison across multiple teams

working on FOCUS/Beacon-related initiatives

  • Bring alignment where:
  • Teams are working in silos
  • Objectives and understanding differ

Structuring \& Prioritization

  • Help bring

structure and direction

in a fast-moving environment

  • Support creation of:
  • Input for roadmap discussions
  • Prioritized problem areas based on impact

Required Skills \& Experience

  • Strong experience in:
  • Business / Process Analysis
  • Workflow documentation and gap analysis
  • Docusign/eSign
  • Ability to:
  • Work with

Operations teams

and extract detailed insights

  • Bring clarity in

ambiguous, evolving environments

  • Strong documentation skills:
  • Process flows
  • Functional documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have

  • Exposure to:
  • Financial services / wealth operations
  • Account maintenance workflows
  • Basic understanding of:

Systems, integrations, or workflow automation
