Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
• Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
• Develop a relationship with partners \& clients, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Formulates strategies to achieve business goals.
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes
• Report on sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
• Continually be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
• Experience/understanding required in tools like SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, or any other CRM product
• Needs to work on requirements gathered from different platforms and support business goals

Expectations:

• Hands on Experience/Understanding required in tools like SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, or any other CRM product
• BE in Computer Science or similar technical degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
• Candidate should be able to work autonomously, taking control and responsibility for achieving the role's objectives.
• Candidate should be able to develop original ideas from insights, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
